Serum 1000 Accelerator (5 Gal.)

Serum 1000 Accelerator is a chemical additive designed to hyper-accelerate the chemical properties of Serum 1000 to achieve a highly potent organic contamination and mold staining removal product. Serum 1000 Accelerator not only speeds up the rate at which Serum 1000 works and cleans surfaces, it also greatly improves the products ability to bleach out any organic staining cause by mold and mildew on difficult to clean surfaces. Only for use with Serum Systems Serum 1000 product made by Serum Systems.

How does the Serum Accelerator Work?

Serum Accelerator when added to Serum 1000 super charges Serum 1000 to perform better. When used in the correct dilution, Serum 1000 with Accelerator creates billions of Hydroxyl Radicals which attack the enzymatic load or bio films that cause staining. This happens due to the rapid rise in pH of the Serum 1000 making it much more aggressive and in most cases totally effective in removing the stain. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. When not in use, keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, clean dry space. Do not dispose of unused portions into waterways, creeks, rivers, estuaries, or oceans. Do not refill or reuse empty container. Minimum Application Temp: 40 F Maximum Application Temp: 95.

Organic Stain Removal:

Mold, Smoke and Soot staining on structures suitable for cleaning. Will lighten and clean wood, concrete, or other structures that are not replaced. For compatibility information call Serum Products or speak with your Serum Distributor.

Safe Handling and PPE Safety Cautions:

Serum Accelerator is a caustic material and will burn you if allowed to contact your skin or clothing and not quickly removed through vigorous washing of the affected area with soap and water. Vinegar, with its acid pH is the recommended counteractant for an alkaline pH caustic like Serum Accelerator. It should be kept on the truck and used in conjunction with washing with soap and water. Chemical resistant gloves and wrap around eye protection should be worn at all times when handling, mixing, or attaching to the dispensing systems of the Soft Wash Eliminator Spray Systems.

When using the 15oz Tip and Pour size, extreme caution should be used when using this method. See Dilution Instructions 2 below. Do not use this method in Crawl or otherwise confined spaces.

PPE Requirements on The Job:

Water resistant to waterproof full body Tyvek or like suits with booties and hood. Should be properly sized and worn to manufactures specifications. Chemical resistant gloves, full facial protection with P-100 AG (acid-gas) OV (organic-vapor) Yellow/Magenta cartridges installed, used, and changed to manufactures specifications.

1. Dilution If Mixed with Either the Soft Wash Eliminator or the Mini Spray Systems:

Closed Loop Dispensing for safety The Spray Systems will automatically dilute the correct amount of Serum Accelerator using roughly 4/5-gallon pails Serum 1000 to 1 gallon of Serum Accelerator. These systems are suitable for all spaces and provide the most safe and efficient way to apply Serum 1000 Accelerated with Serum Accelerator. Follow application instructions of the Serum 1000 and the Serum Spray System labels. Do not spray into electrical outlets and care should be taken to contain/protect all electrical switches, junction boxes and electrical equipment. It is recommended to guard against overspray when spraying around CPVC fire suppression pipe and proper draping and containment should be done.

2. Dilution if used in a Fully Vented 2-Gallon minimum Pump-Up Sprayer

Using the 15oz Tip and Pour Serum Accelerator: For areas of roughly 250 sqft2 or less. Before you dilute, make sure your job is ready to start and you are ready to spray immediately! Crawl and otherwise confined spaces should NOT be sprayed using a Pump-up Sprayer where Serum 1000 has been Accelerated with Serum Accelerator! Pour 1 gallon of Serum 1000 into a minimum 2-gallon minimum fully vented pump-up sprayer with the vent open. Measure 3 ounces of Serum Accelerator into the Tip and Pour reservoir and pour into the sprayer making sure the vent is open. Close the cap securely and DO NOT MIX, STIR OR SHAKE! Proceed to area to be cleaned and pump 4 or 5 times. Start to apply the Accelerated Serum 1000 to the affected area(s) using all the product from the sprayer in 1 application. Do NOT stop or take a break. Fully empty container, let dwell until dry to the touch, HEPA vacuum for removal. Repeat process as necessary.
