Warranties and Returns:
Any product sold with a factory warranty may be returned if found defective within the terms of the warranty. Opened chemicals, filters, and disposable items are not eligible for return.   A 25% restocking fee will apply to returned goods if returned within 10 days.

 – Weather Events Specific Return Policy:  During Major Restoration Events, such as hurricanes, floods, freeze events, or forest fires, all sales of restoration equipment are final; returns will not be accepted, regardless of condition. This includes, but is not limited to, dehumidifiers, portable heaters, air movers, air scrubbers, meters, and flood extractors.

 – Leased/Financed Items:  Leased or financed equipment and products are not eligible for return.

Products and Pricing:
Our website does not currently list every chemical, accessory, or part we carry. We are continually updating our online inventory to better reflect our full product selection. If you’re looking for an item that isn’t listed, please contact us — we likely have it in stock or can promptly source it for you.

Credit Policy:
1. Credit Card- We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
2. We are pleased to offer payment terms to qualified customers. Customers must fill out a complete credit application. COD or credit card purchases are welcomed until the credit application is approved.
